Condition monitoring

Online basic seminar
09:00-10:30 CET

Language: German

Condition monitoring-based maintenance concepts such as oil monitoring, operating and vibration analysis

In the age of Industry 4.0, condition monitoring is a topic on everyone's mind. Condition monitoring promises lower maintenance costs and longer service lives, but there are number of details to be worked out: which method makes the most sense, what are our limits, and how should we react?

Target audience

Users who are considering changing their maintenance concept, want to gain an overview of existing systems, or simply want to see examples from other industries to generate new ideas and added value for their products.

Main topics

  • Condition monitoring

  • Lubricant analysis

  • Vibration analysis

  • Load measurement

  • Methods and best practices

  • Examples

  • Maintenance concepts

Note: Our partner Maschinenbau-Institut GmbH offers a seminar on "Predictive Maintenance in Practice" which is an ideal complement to this seminar and provides in-depth technical insights.

Objectives

This seminar provides an overview of possible condition monitoring methods for particular applications, be it a machine, gearbox, or function. What are some established methods? When does it make sense to monitor lubricants, loads, or vibrations? How can we determine appropriate limit values? The presentation also features current examples from aviation, general mechanical engineering, and other applications.
